Cucumber cleansing lotion
Grate 75 g cucumber. In a pan, mix the cucumber with 10 g milk. Bring it to boil for 4 to 5 minutes, then allow mix to cool. Filter the mix and pour it into a bottle. You can preserve it in a cool place. It will keep for about 8 days.
Mix 60 g oatmeal, ½ cup buttermilk and 1 tablespoon sodium benzoate. Make a paste. You can store it up to 2 months in refrigerator.
Olive oil facial
Mix one yolk and one teaspoon olive oil. After cleaning your face, apply this mix evenly, massaging gently. Leave it on for about 10-20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
Banana and vitamin E facial
Mash one soft banana and squeeze 4 Vitamin E gel caps. Mix them and apply the mask, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse.
Mash one avocado and mix it with a bit of olive oil. Avoiding the eye area, apply the mask and leave it on your face 15 minutes, then rinse.
Sweet body lotion
Mix 5 tablespoons honey, 150 g water, 5 teaspoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons fruit or vegetables juice. Apply it on your body and leave it 30 minutes, then rinse.
Whisk one or two eggs with lemon juice and 2 teaspoons honey. Massage into hair and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse.
Another efficient hair mask consists in 1 mash avocado, one egg yolk and a teaspoon of olive oil. Apply it and leave it for about 30 minutes. Rinse and wash your hair as usually using shampoo and conditioner.
Melt 15 g beeswax or shea butter. Remove it from the heat, add 12 ml sweet almond oil, about 5-10 ml rosewater and one drop of essential lemon oil. Pour it in small pots and allow to cool.
There are no strict quantities, because everyone makes as much as one wants, but it would be better to prepare a small quantity.
We put vaseline in a bowl. Powder blush (color is at will) over and mix it with a lip-brush. Intensity depends on the amount of blush used. More blush you add, stronger the color. Store in a small, sterile container and let cool before using.
